Our shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. Please note that we only ship within Australia.
Any orders that are pick-up only or pick-up by courier must be organised by the buyer. Please email the pick-up details to service@pdqlabels.com.au.
Payment must be received before the goods leave our premises.
All orders are normally shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received your order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: service@pdqlabels.com.au
Refunds & Returns β 7-Day Return Window
Your satisfaction is our first priority at The Online Label Shop Australia.
If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card.
All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless damaged before arrival, must be unused and in saleable condition.
