Shipping Information

Our shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. Please note that we only ship within Australia.

Any orders that are pick-up only or pick-up by courier, are to be organised from the buyers end; details should be sent by email to service@pdqlabels.com.au Payment will need to be made before the goods leave.

All orders are normally shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: service@pdqlabels.com.au

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at The online label shop australia. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

• Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
• Your name and address
• A description of the item you are returning and why you are returning it
• Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
